We're expanding our vibrant youth tennis programs in Tokyo and are looking for passionate individuals to make a real impact on young players. Who We're Looking For: Your Passion is Your Qualification!

You don't need to be a certified coach or a top-level player to join our team. What matters most to us is your genuine enthusiasm for the sport, your reliability, and a basic understanding of tennis fundamentals. If you genuinely enjoy connecting with children and fostering their love for tennis, we want to hear from you! Our ideal kids' tennis assistant is friendly, energetic, and committed to creating a positive learning environment.

Key Requirements & What You'll Do:

• Enthusiasm: A true passion for working with children and teaching tennis basics.

• Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English with both children and parents.

• Tennis Ability: Able to play tennis at a basic level, demonstrating simple strokes and rallying.

• Making an Impact: You'll be assisting in youth tennis programs, helping kids develop skills, coordination, and a lifelong love for the game in Tokyo.

Schedule & Compensation:

We offer competitive compensation for these part-time tennis positions in Tokyo.

• Part-time Hours: Approximately 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

• Working Days: 6 days per week (flexibility may be discussed post-September).

• Key Availability: Must be available for the entirety of September, and ideally one week in August.

• Future Options: From October onwards, we're open to continuing as part-time or discussing full-time tennis roles in Tokyo.

• Monthly Salary: ¥250,000–¥300,000/month, negotiable based on your skill level and available working hours.
