Terms of Use – JapanWithEase

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (hereinafter: "Terms") apply to the use of the JapanWithEase website (https://tennis.japanwithease.com and its subpages, hereinafter: "Website"). By using the Website, you (hereinafter: "User") accept the terms described herein.

2. Definitions

Website: The entirety of content and services available under the https://tennis.japanwithease.com domain. User: Any natural or legal person who visits or uses the Website, or utilizes the Service. Service: The information, personalized consultation, planning, and organizational assistance provided by the Service Provider concerning Japan and Asia (in the areas of travel, sports, real estate). Content: All information, text, images, and documents appearing on the Website. Consultation: Individual discussion (typically via video call) for the purpose of providing tailored advice and planning based on the User's needs.

3. User Eligibility

The Services (especially paid Consultations) may only be used by natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and are legally competent, or by representatives of legal entities. By using the Website and requesting the Service, the User declares that they meet these conditions.

4. Website Content and Purpose

The purpose of the Website is to provide Users with non-official information in Hungarian about the cultural, tourism, sports, and real estate opportunities in Japan and other Asian countries, based on the Service Provider's approximately 30 years of personal experience.

This experience is primarily based on personal observations, travels, network of contacts, and research. While valuable, it does not guarantee a perfect solution for every unique situation.

• The Service Provider does not engage in official mediation or representation in Japan or any other country.

• The User uses the information and Services on the Website "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranty (e.g., regarding accuracy, completeness, suitability).

5. Intellectual Property

The Content on the Website constitutes the intellectual property of the Service Provider, or the Service Provider has permission for its use. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Content is prohibited unless the Service Provider provides written consent.

6. Services: Consultation and Planning Assistance

Description: The Service Provider offers personalized Consultation in travel, sports, wellness, and real estate topics.

Consultation Process:

• Application: Via email or form.

• Paid Consultation: 50 EUR / 30 min. The fee will be communicated in advance via email and may change.

• Payment: By bank transfer or via an online payment link.

• Consultation Fee Includes: Oral advice, suggestions, brainstorming, orientation – but does not include detailed itinerary development or the arrangement of specific bookings, unless otherwise agreed.

• Cancellation: Free of charge with written notification at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made later or no-shows, the full fee will be charged.

• The Service Provider may also cancel the consultation in unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical error, force majeure), in which case a new time will be offered, or the already paid amount will be refunded.

• AI Application: Based on the data provided by the User, the Service Provider may use automated tools for preliminary suggestion generation, which will be followed by personal consultation.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information and Services. The User uses the Service at their own risk. Advice on travel, sport/wellness, and real estate topics does not replace the involvement of specialized professionals (e.g., doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, official real estate agent). Real estate market information changes rapidly; the Service Provider is not responsible for investment outcomes, market developments, or external problems arising during real estate transactions. Detailed rules regarding the limitation of liability are contained in the Legal Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability document, which forms an inseparable part of these Terms.

8. Prohibited Activities and User Conduct

The User must use the Website in a lawful manner. The following are specifically prohibited:

• Using the Website for unlawful or deceptive purposes;

• Harassing, insulting, or defaming others;

• Sending spam or placing unsolicited advertisements;

• Disrupting the operation of the Website, spreading viruses, or malicious code;

• Copying, distributing, or reverse-engineering the Website's content without the Service Provider's permission.

9. Termination of Service / Access Restriction

The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User's access without prior notice if the User violates these Terms or engages in unlawful activity.

10. Modification of Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Website. It is the User's responsibility to regularly review the Terms. Continued use of the Website after modifications signifies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. In case of a dispute, the parties shall primarily seek a peaceful resolution. Should this fail, they stipulate the exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
