At Japan With Ease Tennis Club, we strive to provide clear and fair policies for all our services and digital products. Please read our cancellation policy carefully. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Our tennis lessons are scheduled in advance, and our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness to both our clients and our coaches.
Client-Initiated Cancellations/Changes (お客様都合によるキャンセル・変更):
For any cancellation or rescheduling requests due to your convenience, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson start time.
Notification must be made via email cancellation@japanwithease.com.
Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the lesson may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the lesson fee.
No-shows without prior notification will be charged the full lesson fee.
Club-Initiated Cancellations (当クラブ都合による中止):
In the event that Japan With Ease Tennis Club must cancel a lesson (e.g., due to inclement weather, coach unavailability, facility issues), we will notify you as soon as possible.
You will be offered either:
A rescheduled lesson at a mutually convenient time.
A full refund for the cancelled lesson.
Lesson Ticket/Package Validity (レッスンチケット・パッケージの有効期限):
Purchased lesson tickets or packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase/issue.
Expired tickets/packages are non-refundable and cannot be extended.
Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloadable guides, video programs, online tools), our policy for these items is as follows:
No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations (返品・交換・キャンセル不可):
All sales of digital products are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted or the product has been downloaded, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Please ensure you carefully review the product description and compatibility requirements before making your purchase.
Defective Digital Products (デジタル商品の欠陥):
If you encounter any issues with a digital product that prevent its proper use (e.g., corrupted file, inaccessible content), please contact us immediately at info@tennis.japanwithease.com.
We will investigate the issue and, if a defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a suitable solution without delay.
