Tennis Assistant for Kids – Part-Time Positions in Tokyo

Are you an energetic and friendly individual who loves working with children and playing tennis? Japan With Ease Tennis Club is expanding its youth tennis programs in Tokyo and is looking for two Part-Time Tennis Assistants. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate team and make a real impact on young players!

Who We're Looking For:

You don't need to be a certified coach or a top-level player. What matters most is your enthusiasm, reliability, and a basic understanding of tennis. If you enjoy connecting with kids and fostering a love for the sport, we want to hear from you!

Key Requirements:

• Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for working with children.

• Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

• Tennis Ability: Able to play tennis at a basic level.

Schedule & Availability:

• Part-time: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• Working Days: 6 days per week

• Key Availability: Must be available for the entirety of September, and ideally one week in August.

• Post-September: From October onwards, we're open to continuing as part-time or discussing full-time options.

Compensation:

• Monthly Salary: ¥250,000–¥300,000/month

• Negotiable: Salary will be based on your skill level and available working hours.
